The Use of Makeup

A color instantly makes us react and often has a profound impact on the daily choices throughout life. Often we can be subjective when perceiving a color giving the fact that there are colors with a universal effect but often the same color can cause different reactions.
Few people know the truth about the meaning of colors although there are many speculations. Red, orange and yellow are known as warm colors, they instigate feelings from a record that starting from warmth and comfort and reaching hostility and anger. Blue, purple and green are known as cold colors, they inspire calm and relaxation, but can still arouse feelings of anger or indifference. Some ancient cultures, such as the Egyptian and the Chinese, practiced a method of healing through the use of color, called chromo therapy. Considered an easy way to therapy, color therapy is used today as a holistic or alternative type of treatment.
Next I will list the meanings of various known colors, the primary and secondary ones along with the colors white, black and gray in terms of the different cultures of the world, as Carole La Pan puts it.
The significance of the color white4; white means purity, cleanliness, and neutrality. In hospitals, medical clothing is white, the bridal dress on the wedding day is all white, a white dove represents a happy marriage and a prosperous business, a white fence is a symbol of a safe and home and the positive characters are always enveloped in a white hallo. In the battles waged over time the white flag stood for the surrender of the opposite party, its desire for peace. So the color white, for Westerners, stands for peace, purity, life, brides, angels, hospitals, positive characters. But in the East, it signifies funerals. In China white is the symbol of death, and in Africa it is all evil. In Japan, death is represented by the white carnation, so giving someone from that country white carnations would be a big mistake.
